RETURNS: Once your items are delivered, you have 7 days from the date of delivery to ship back to us for an exchange. After 7 days of delivery date all sales are final. At this time we do not issue any refunds.

If there is a problem with you order please notify us immediately!

All merchandise must be in it’s original packaging. We do not reimbursed shipping or return fees. However, we will provide a return label at (no cost to you) via email for any orders we fulfilled incorrectly.

Return instructions: All returns must include tracking ( USPS, UPS, Fed Ex, ) please provide tracking number for your return @ four18culture@gmail.com please indicate in subject box return order. Please include your order information name and address. Failure to complete the instructions may cause a delay in exchange process.

Pre-orders: At various times we may have some items that are listed as per-orders only. Pre-orders are charged in full at the time of ordering. The product will be listed “Out of Stock” with an estimated ship date. The estimated shipping date may change based on the color or model you select. Shipping estimates may be changed and are not guarantees. We do not issue refunds for pre-orders we will gladly issue a in house credit or exchange if order is not filled correctly. Otherwise, sales are final.

Shipping: All purchases are shipped via USPS. You will receive shipping notification through the email address you provided during your account setup, once the item has shipped. Please check the tracking info. If you believe there is a problem with your shipment, please let us know so we can advise how to contact the PO. We are not responsible for packages once they leave our possession. 

Our "Standard Shipping" is USPS First Class, and estimates a delivery time frame of 3 - 5 business days for RTS (ready to ship) items.

Order Processing time: orders are processed in 3-5 business days from the time your order is placed. Business days are considered Monday-Friday. After processing time please allow 3-5 business days for shipping.
